Delivery & Returns

We aim to post the goods within 1 working day after cleared payment has been received, however Monday to Friday we usually dispatch all items that are bought before 3pm on a working day on the same day. 

Your purchase will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or DPD 24 Delivery

Standard Delivery Royal Mail Policy: 

It is standard Royal Mail policy to return packages to the local Royal Mail sorting office if the recipient is unavailable to accept a delivery. You can then call them to arrange re-delivery or pick-up, if you do not know the location or contact number for your local Royal Mail sorting office contact us and we will find out for you. If your purchase is not collected or re-delivery arranged within 3 weeks Royal Mail will return the package to us. We can then re-send the item to you, however we would require you to repay the original postage cost. We can also give you a refund minus the original postage costs. In the unlikely event that you do not receive your item we can either offer you a full refund or an exchange. All deliveries are sent tracked so the delivery status can be traced from the Royal Mail website, if you would like to have your Track and Trace number please message us to request it. 

Next Day Delivery DPD Policy: 

We offer a next day delivery service for an extra cost of £4.99, orders must be placed before 3pm Mon-Thurs. This service is available to UK mainland only. If you live outside the UK and require next day delivery please call our office on 0161 792 9011.

International Postage:

Returns:

Marc Darcy hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, however if you wish to return the any goods they must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The returned goods must be unworn with all tags and labels attached and in the orignal packaging. It is strongly advised that you return your item by a signed for delivery service as we cannot accept responsibility for any returned goods lost in transit. It would help to process your return a lot faster if you email your details and the reason for your return, please return the invoice stating the reason with your item. Please allow up to 5 working days for damaged goods as they need to be inspected. All garments must be free of fragrance and cosmetic or other marks. If you have any further questions please email our customer services where one of our team will be happy to assist you further. Unfortunately we are not responsible for postage costs that you may incur when you are returning the goods back to us. If you require an exchange please send the item back to us along with £3.00 if based in the U.K to cover the postage costs. 

For International customers; please fill out the relevant customs forms correctly to ensure that no local sales taxes and/or customs duties are incurred. In the event that custom fees and/or taxes are charged, you may be responsible for these charges which will subsequently be deducted form your order.
