We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day after cleared payment has been received, however Monday to Friday we usually dispatch all items that are bought before 3pm on a working day on the same day (this excludes Bank Holidays).
Your purchase will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed (standard 2-3 working day delivery) or DPD 24h Signed (next day delivery).
Standard Delivery Royal Mail Policy:
It is standard Royal Mail policy to return packages to the local Royal Mail sorting office if the recipient is unable to sign for a delivery. If this is the case, you will receive a Royal Mail calling card with instructions on how to collect your parcel or rearrange delivery. If you did not receive a calling card please contact us and our customer service team will do their best to help you. If your parcel is not collected or re-delivery arranged within 3 weeks Royal Mail will return the package to us. When we receive the parcel back at our warehouse we will be in contact to request confirmation on whether you would like the item resent or a refund issued. Please note, if you require a resend you may be expected to cover the return postage costs. All deliveries are sent on tracked service, your tracking number will be included in your dispatch email. Next Working Day Delivery DPD Policy:
We offer a next working day delivery service at an additional cost of £5.99, orders must be placed before 3pm Mon-Thurs. This service is available to UK mainland customers only (excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands). If you live outside of the UK and require express delivery, please contact our team via firstname.lastname@example.org. On the day of your delivery, DPD will send a notification via text/email confirming your 1 hour delivery timeslot. There will need to be someone present at the address to sign for the parcel, if no-one will be available you will have various options on your DPD notification email such as rearranging your delivery or leaving in a safe place. If there is no-one available to sign for your parcel and no information has been supplied to DPD, a calling card will be left with instructions on how to proceed. If you encounter any issues regarding your DPD delivery please contact our customer service team who will do their best to assist.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your item please contact our team quoting your order number.
Saturday Delivery Policy:
Unfortunately we do not offer a Saturday Delivery option when ordering on the website. If you require your parcel to be delivered on a Saturday, this can be arranged at an additional cost by calling our customer service team.

We are pleased to offer a FREE Next Working Day Delivery upgrade when you purchase 2 Suits or more. Your order will automatically be upgraded therefore please select standard delivery at the checkout. Please note this offer is only available to UK Mainland customers. Marc Darcy hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, however if you wish to return any goods they must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The returned goods must be in their original condition, unworn, with all tags and labels attached and in their original packaging. All garments must be free of fragrance and cosmetic or other marks. Once your item has been receieved by our returns department please allow upto 5 working days for your order to be processed. Depending on your bank, refunds can take anywhere between 3-5 working days to clear in your account.
For customers outside the UK we strongly advise that you return your item using a signed for delivery service as we cannot accept responsibility for any returned goods lost in transit. Please ensure that your original invoice and completed returns form are included in the parcel with your item. Please note, if your invoice and returns form are not included in your parcel this could result in a severe delay to your exchange/refund. Please allow up to 5 working days for damaged goods as they need to be inspected. We aim to dispatch exchanges within 48 hours of receiving them however this is subject to change during busy periods. All UK exchanges are sent on a DPD next day delivery service. If you have any further questions please email our customer service team who will be happy to assist you further.
For International customers; please fill out the relevant customs forms correctly to ensure that no local sales taxes and/or customs duties are incurred. In the event that custom fees and/or taxes are charged, you may be responsible for these charges which will subsequently be deducted from your order. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for postage costs that you may incur when you are returning the goods back to us. You will receive a pre-paid Royal Mail returns label in your order. If you wish to return any items you must attach this free returns label and drop it at a Royal Mail post office. Please allow up to 7 days for your return to reach us. Free returns & exchanges are restricted to the UK mainsland incl N. Ireland. Free exchanges are limited to 1 per order, any exchanges after this you will be charged £3.00 to partially cover the cost of resending the item. Please note free returns is not applicable on orders £20.00 or below or on sale items.
