The “Prize”

The Prize is subject to availability. The Prize may not be exchanged for a cash value, nor is it transferable or resalable (voucher specific only). The Prize is subject to winner confirmation (i.e. Marc Darcy International limited has been able to contact the winner and has been able to confirm eligibility). Marc Darcy International limited has the right to change, alter or withdraw the prize draw or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of Marc Darcy International limited. Marc Darcy International limited shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatever reason), Marc Darcy International limited is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize.

Entrants must be;

1. How to enter

Entrants are entered into the prize draw by:

• By following @marcdarcysuits Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/marcdarcysuits/) liking the competition post and ⁠tagging a friend in the comments between 20th December 2024 at 00:01 AM (UK time) and 5th January 2025 at 23:59 PM (UK time) entrants will then be entered into the prize draw. 

Prizes are limited to one entry per person only. If more than one such entry is received, only the first entry will be accepted.

1. How are winners selected?

All entrants who have entered into the competition by following the “How to enter steps” above will be entered into an electronic random name generator that will select a winner at random. The decision of Marc Darcy International limited is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winners (other than with the winners themself). The winner will be notified via email that they have won and will be required to confirm their acceptance of the Prize within four (4) days of being notified. In the event that the winner does not communicate their acceptance of the Prize within four (4) days, despite Marc Darcy International limited’ reasonable efforts to contact them, Marc Darcy International limited reserves the right to pick another winner (in accordance with the procedure set out in this section) and the original winner will be considered to have waived their right to the Prize.

1. Which law applies to this promotion?

This prize draw is governed by the law of England and Wales and the participants of the prize draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
