Standard Delivery Royal Mail Policy:
It is standard Royal Mail policy to return packages to the local Royal Mail sorting office if the recipient is unavailable to accept a delivery. You can then call them to arrange re-delivery or pick-up, if you do not know the location or contact number for your local Royal Mail sorting office contact us and we will find out for you. If your purchase is not collected or re-delivery arranged within 3 weeks Royal Mail will return the package to us. We can then re-send the item to you, however we would require you to repay the original postage cost. We can also give you a refund minus the original postage costs. In the unlikely event that you do not receive your item we can either offer you a full refund or an exchange. All deliveries are sent on tracked service, your tracking number will be included in your dispatch email. Please visit the Royal Mail website to track your order.
Next Working Day Delivery DPD Policy:
We offer a next working day delivery service for an extra cost of £5.99, orders must be placed before 3pm Mon-Thurs. This service is available to UK mainland only. If you live outside the UK and require next day delivery, please call our office on 0161 792 9011.
Saturday Delivery Policy:
Unfortunately we do not offer a Saturday delivery service on the website. If you require your parcel to be delivered on a Saturday please call our office (Mon-Fri) where someone will be able to assist you

Marc Darcy hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, however if you wish to return any goods they must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. The returned goods must be unworn with all tags and labels attached and in the original packaging. For customers outside the UK we strongly advise that you return your item using a signed for delivery service as we cannot accept responsibility for any returned goods lost in transit. It would help to process your return a lot faster if you email your details and the reason for your return, please return the invoice stating the reason with your item. Please allow up to 5 working days for damaged goods as they need to be inspected. All garments must be free of fragrance and cosmetic or other marks. If you have any further questions please email our customer services where one of our team will be happy to assist you further.
For International customers; please fill out the relevant customs forms correctly to ensure that no local sales taxes and/or customs duties are incurred. In the event that custom fees and/or taxes are charged, you may be responsible for these charges which will subsequently be deducted from your order. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for postage costs that you may incur when you are returning the goods back to us. You will receive a pre-paid label in your order, if you wish to return any items you must attach this free returns label and drop it at a Royal Mail post office. Please allow upto 10 days for your return to reach us. Returns & exchanges are restricted to the UK incl N. Ireland. Exchanges are limited to 1 per order, any exchanges after this you will be charged £3.00 to partially cover the cost of resending the item. Free returns end 5/07/2017.
