A message to our customers...

Our warehouse is back open and dispatching orders Monday - Friday

In line with government guidance, our Manchester store will be closed as of 4:30pm Wednesday 4th November. Our customer services will remain open via email only so if you have any questions or queries please do not hesitate to contact us on [email protected] 

We have tried to answer the most common questions below however if you have a query you still need help with, please send us a message either via email on [email protected] or via social media.   

Why is Next Day delivery unavailable?

As we are operating on reduced opening times and low staff capacity, we cannot offer Next Day delivery at this time. 

I'm unable to post my return, will you still accept it? 

Any returns received after the 14 day return period will be eligible for a credit note to spend in the future. You will be notified via email of your credit note reference and instructions on how to redeem your credit note. For further assistance please contact our team on [email protected]

I have returned my item(s), how long will it take to receive a refund or an exchange?

Returns will be processed on Mondays and Thursdays when our warehouse is open. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the items and exchanges will be dispatched either on the day the return was received or the following opening day, depending on the volume of returns received. 

My wedding has been postponed, can I still exchange items which will no longer fit?

We understand this is a difficult time and due to the circumstances we are accepting returns for items intended for weddings which have been postponed, in exchange for a credit voucher to be used to purchase products in the correct sizes at a later date. Terms & conditions apply, please contact our team on [email protected] for further info.
