We are now open and operating business as usual. Marc Darcy has been closely following the government guidelines and has implemented a number of measures in store and around the workplace to protect customers and employees. You can find out what precautions have been taken here

Are your stockists remaining open?
As our stockists are independent from us we unfortunately can't speak on their behalf. Please see the social pages of the stockists store to check what measures they have put in place.
When will my return be processed?
Any returns received on or after 23.03.20 will be processed upon our return. Royal Mail have agreed to keep hold of parcels at their retention centre and deliver when we are able to safely reopen. If you have items to return during our closure, we would advise holding onto them and posting when we reopen to prevent them from getting lost in transit. We have new return policies in place to reflect this (details below). Unfortunately refunds and exchanges will be delayed during the closure period however please keep any eye on our social pages for updates on when we will be reopening. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
I'm unable to post my return, will you still accept it?
We are aware that COVID-19 may be affecting your ability to return your purchase/order within the 14 day returns period. We have put the below measures in place to reassure you during this time.
Orders placed after 9th March - Any orders that were placed in the 2 weeks prior to our closure will have an extra week to return from the date we re-open.
Orders placed during the closure period (23.03 until TBC) - Any orders placed during this time will have 14 days to return from the date we reopen.
My gift card is due to expire, can I wait to spend until you re-open?
Any gift cards that are due to expire will have their expiry dates extended by 6 months.
My wedding has been postponed, can I still exchange items which will no longer fit?
We understand this is a difficult time and due to the circumstances we are accepting returns for items intended for weddings which have been postponed, in exchange for a credit voucher to be used to purchase products in the correct sizes at a later date.
