A message to our customers...

Our Manchester store is now open! Visit us from 9am - 4:30pm weekdays. We will also be open one Saturday a month 9am - 1pm with the next date being Saturday 21st August (appointments will be necessary for Saturday visits - contact [email protected]). We will have various safety measures in store such as social distancing and regular cleaning to ensure the safety of our customers and staff. We also encourage you to use the hand sanitising stations available round the store.

 

I'm unable to post my return, will you still accept it? 

Any returns for a refund received after the 14 day return period will be eligible for credit to spend in the future, provided the returned item(s) are unworn, in their original condition and with all tags attached. You will be notified via email of your credit voucher reference and instructions on how to redeem. For further assistance please contact our team on [email protected]

I have returned my item(s), how long will it take to receive a refund or an exchange?

Returns will be processed Monday - Friday when our warehouse is open. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the items and exchanges will be dispatched either on the day the return was received or the following working day, depending on the volume of returns received. 

My wedding has been postponed, can I still exchange items which will no longer fit?

We understand this is a difficult time and due to the circumstances we are accepting returns for items intended for weddings which have been postponed, in exchange for a credit voucher to be used to purchase products in the correct sizes at a later date. Terms & conditions apply, please contact our team on [email protected] for further info.
