Marc Darcy x West Ham United – Free Suit Voucher Terms & Conditions

  1. Prize Description
    The winner will receive a voucher entitling them to one (1) free suit from Marc Darcy up to a maximum retail value of £319.99.

  2. Redemption Process
    To redeem the voucher, the winner must contact Marc Darcy at sales@marcdarcy.co.uk
    Redemption instructions and any additional requirements will be provided upon contact.

  3. Validity Period
    The voucher must be redeemed within 6 months of the date the winner is notified.
    Unredeemed vouchers after this time will be void.

  4. Restrictions

    • The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or any other monetary value.

    • The voucher cannot be transferred, resold, or substituted for another product or prize.

    • If the chosen suit exceeds the value of £319.99, the winner may pay the difference.

  5. General Terms
    Marc Darcy reserves the right to verify the identity of the winner and to refuse redemption in the event of fraud, misuse, or breach of these terms.
    Marc Darcy and West Ham United are not responsible for lost, deleted, or delayed communications.

  6. Amendments
    Marc Darcy reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time if circumstances require.
