*Extended Christmas Returns:
Any orders placed between Friday 29th November 2024 to Friday 17th January 2025 can now be returned up to the 31st January 2025.
UK Returns
Marc Darcy hopes that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, however, if you wish to return any goods they must be returned within 14 days* of receiving the order for a refund or exchange. The returned goods must be in their original condition, unworn, with all tags and labels attached. All garments must be free of fragrance and cosmetic or other marks. Please ensure that your original invoice or completed returns form are included in the parcel with your item(s). Please note, if your invoice or completed returns form are not included in your parcel, this could result in a delay to your exchange/refund.
*Please be sure to retain your receipt from the Post Office as this will act as proof of postage if the parcel is delayed or lost. We are not liable for any lost returns if a tracking number and proof of postage cannot be provided.
Refunds:
If you require a refund, please allow up to 5 working days from us receiving the goods for your refund to be processed and for a confirmation email to be sent, and a further 5-10 days for the funds to reach your account.
You can return your item(s) to us via your local Post Office, you can create your return label via this link. Please note this is not a free returns label, you will not incur a fee at the Post Office, however, if you use the label we will deduct £3.00 from your refund total.
If you have placed a large order you may receive multiple black postal bags to return any unwanted items. If you are returning multiple parcels you will be charged per label used. Large orders can be returned in the larger original box, however, some Post Offices may not accept this.
Any returns can also be returned with a courier of your choice to the below address. If you choose to use your own postage no deduction will be taken from your refund.

Exchanges:
If you require an exchange, you can return your item to us via your local Post Office, you can create your return label via this link free of charge. Please allow up to 10 days from returning to receive your exchange. We aim to dispatch exchanges within 48 hours of receiving them, however, this is subject to change during busy periods.
All exchanges are sent back out on a DPD Next Day service (UK Mainland only), once the new goods have been dispatched you will receive an email to confirm.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability, if any items you have requested are out of stock our team will be in contact to offer alternative options.
We offer one free exchange for every customer (UK customers only). If you require a second exchange on your order you will be liable for the return fee.
International Returns (including EU)
For international customers, please return your items with a local service of your choice on a tracked service and ensure that you fill out the relevant customs forms correctly so that no local sales taxes and/or customs duties are incurred (Please select 'Returned Goods' for the category of the items enclosed).

In the event that customs fees and/or taxes are charged, you may be responsible for these charges which will subsequently be deducted from your order. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for postage costs that you may incur when you are returning the goods back to us.
International Exchanges
If you require an exchange you will be expected to pay a fee of 50% of the cost to reship the items, this amount is dependent on your country and the goods being sent. You will be contacted about this fee once our team comes to dispatch your replacement item(s).
Please be aware that for international exchanges you may be liable to repay customs and import charges when the goods re-enter your country.
