EU (incl. Republic of Ireland) Delivery Update:
We regret to inform our EU customers that due to ongoing issues in relation to Brexit, we have had to suspend our EU delivery services with immediate effect.
Despite our best efforts to keep these services running, we have been faced with various issues and challenges during transit with EU border officials and our delivery partners. There have been many new processes and systems implemented post Brexit which has meant it is simply not feasible to continue shipping to the EU at this time.
We are looking into solutions to fix these issues to run a smooth and streamlined service to the EU so please be advised, we do hope to resume our EU services once we have taken the time to resolve the problems which have arisen.

Delivery Update: Covid 19 - 12.04.21
Our Manchester store is back open to the public. Please be aware social distancing measures are still in place
Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus. From experience with other coronaviruses, we know that these types of viruses don’t survive long on objects, such as letters or parcels. Our warehouse staff and couriers are taking the necessary precautions and following advice to socially distance, wash their hands more often than usual, use hand sanitiser regularly and wear a face covering.
Our couriers are offering contactless services therefore you will not be able to sign for your parcel. Please see the couriers websites below for more information.
Please note our couriers are unable to deliver to China.
Your order will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed (standard 3-4 working day delivery) or DPD 24h Tracked & Signed (next working day delivery).
Standard Delivery (Royal Mail) - FREE
Standard UK delivery is free on all orders to mainland UK
Royal Mail Policy:
It is standard Royal Mail policy to return packages to the local Royal Mail sorting office if the recipient is unable to sign for a delivery. If this is the case, you will receive a Royal Mail calling card with instructions on how to collect your parcel or rearrange delivery. If you did not receive a calling card please contact us and our customer service team will do their best to help you. If your parcel is not collected or re-delivery arranged within 3 weeks Royal Mail will return the package to us. When we receive the parcel back at our warehouse we will be in contact to request confirmation on whether you would like the item re-sent or a refund issued. Please note, if you require a resend you may be expected to cover the return postage costs. All deliveries are sent on a tracked service, your tracking number will be included in your dispatch email. Next Working Day (DPD) - £5.99
We offer a next working day delivery service at an additional cost of £5.99, orders must be placed before 3pm GMT Mon-Thurs. This service is available to UK mainland customers only (excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, these locations will be placed on a 2 day service).

On the day of your delivery, DPD will send a notification via text/email (usually before 11am) to confirm your 1 hour delivery time slot. There will need to be someone present at the address to sign for the parcel, if no-one will be available you will have various options on your DPD notification email such as rearranging your delivery or leaving in a safe place. If there is no-one available to sign for your parcel and no information has been supplied to DPD, a calling card will be left with instructions on how to proceed. If you encounter any issues regarding your DPD delivery please contact our customer service team who will do their best to assist.

Saturday Delivery Policy:
Our Saturday delivery service will ensure you receive your order the following Saturday if ordered before 3pm on the Friday. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will default to the following weeks Saturday. The service will be DPD tracked and will require a signature upon delivery. You will receive a 1 hour time slot on the morning of delivery via email/text. Please note, the Saturday delivery service is only available to UK mainland customers and excludes certain postcodes (Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands etc.) If you are unsure whether the service covers your area please contact our team on [email protected] / 0161 710 0000 who will advise further.
We offer worldwide postage at very competitive prices. Your postage cost will be calculated at the checkout based on your country and the items you are ordering. Please find below a table showing estimated prices and delivery times.
DNI Number: Spanish Citizens
As of 02.03.21 we are required by DPD to add a 9 digit DNI number on any orders over £150. Any orders over £150 will be held and our customer services team will contact the customer to request this info to add to the consignment.

Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. We will not be liable or responsible if you do not pay any such import duties or taxes.
Once the parcel arrives at a destination if it is refused by the customer they will be liable for any fees incurred via the courier service as well as a restock fee.
Please note customs fees will also be required for any exchanges and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns / Refunds:
Marc Darcy hopes that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, however, if you wish to return any goods they must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The returned goods must be in their original condition, unworn, with all tags and labels attached and in their original packaging. All garments must be free of fragrance and cosmetic or other marks. Please ensure that your original invoice and completed returns form are included in the parcel with your item. Please note, if your invoice and returns form are not included in your parcel this could result in a severe delay to your exchange/refund. Please allow up to 5 working days for damaged goods as they will need to be inspected by our QC department. If you require a refund please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to reach your account. If you have any further questions please email our customer service team who will be happy to assist you further.
You can return your item to us via your local post office using the pre-printed Royal Mail returns label included in your parcel. Please note this is not a free returns label, you will not incur a fee at the post office however if you use the label we will deduct £3.00 from your refund total. If you have placed a large order you will receive multiple labels and black postal bags to return any unwanted items without using the large box they arrived in. If you are returning multiple parcels you will be charged per label e.g. if you return 3 parcels using 3 labels (one on each), you will incur a return fee of £9.
For international customers, please return your items via your local post office on a tracked service and ensure that you fill out the relevant customs forms correctly so that no local sales taxes and/or customs duties are incurred (enter 'Returned goods' for the category of the items enclosed). In the event that customs fees and/or taxes are charged, you may be responsible for these charges which will subsequently be deducted from your order. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for postage costs that you may incur when you are returning the goods back to us. If you require an exchange you will be expected to pay a re-shipping fee, amount depending on your country. You will be contacted about this when we come to dispatching your replacement item(s).
Due to a high volume of orders and returns, exchanges are taking between 7-10 days to be processed and re-dispatched. If you require your exchange urgently please re-order your required items and select "Next Working Day" at checkout and mark your return for a refund
If you require an exchange you can use the pre-printed returns label provided free of charge (UK customers only). We aim to dispatch exchanges within 48 hours of receiving them however this is subject to change during busy periods. All UK exchanges are sent on a DPD next working day delivery service (for UK mainland customers only). For customers living outside mainland UK, please allow the equivalent delivery time you experienced for your original order for your exchange order.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability, if any items you have requested are out of stock our team will be in contact via email to offer alternative options.
We offer 1 free exchange for every customer (UK customers only). If you require a second exchange on your order you will incur a fee of £3 to cover return postage costs. This will be communicated via email by our customer service team when we receive your parcel. Depending on your location, your exchange fee will differ. Please see our table below for fees for your return postage.
